First basketball game

Kelsey went to her first basketball game. She slept through the whole thing horns, whistles, and all the music. Needless to say she is a coaches daughter.

1 month old

Time has flown by and Kelsey is already 1 month old! She likes to look around and smile at things. Her favorite toy is her singing worm and she enjoys her activity mat. She has started blowing bubbles also. She likes to take naps with her daddy and is very interested in her passy these day. She likes that it is getting closer to Christmas because she enjoys the lights on the tree and it means that she can go places soon.

1st Thanksgiving

Kelsey's first Thanksgiving was fun. She really wished she could try the turkey, but she will have to wait until next year! We are so thankful for our family and for the blessing her life has brought us!

Granna and Poppa

Kelsey's loves when her Granna and Poppa come see her. She usually wakes up and plays with them. Aunt Shannon and Uncle James also like to visit.

Mimi and Bobo

Kelsey's Mimi and Bobo's first time to hold her. They were so excited because no one besides Shane and I could hold her in the hospital. She loves when they come over to see her. Kelsey loves to see her Aunt Ashely.

Kelsey's Doctor Visit

Kelsey went to the doctor for the first time this past week. She now weighs 8 pounds 7 ounces. She eats like a champ! She is doing great. She likes to swing and be held. Sometimes she likes to get a bath and other times she doesn't. She has been sleeping really well at night, hopefully this will continue.

Kelsey goes home

Kelsey got to go home on Friday, November 7th. We were so excited. She looked adorable in her little white dress and she rode great in her car seat on the way home. She slept really good her first night at home, hopefully this will continue!

Kelsey's Birth on Halloween

Kelsey Grace was born on October 31, 2008 after 22 hours of labor. She weighed 7 pounds and 14 ounces. She was 19.5 inches long. When she was born she had a little bit of trouble due to an infection. She had to stay in the NICU for a week, but is doing well now. Shane and I are so excited. She is such a blessing that God has given us. We are so thankful of all the support that all of our family and friends have shown us since she has been born.
